Adams Rescue Mission

The Adams Rescue Mission is a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving the homeless and needy.  The ARM was established in 1972 with the sole goal of sheltering, feeding, and clothing those in need.  The Mission serves anyone in need, regardless of race, religion, age, disability, etc.  The ARM has diligently served our community for the past 41 years!

The Adams Rescue Mission exists to proclaim the passion of Jesus toward the homeless, hungry, abused, and addicted; to accelerate recovery and restoration to the least, last, lonely, and lost.

Services

The Men's Shelter, located on Route 30 in Gettysburg, houses up to 32 men.   Men's Shelter

The Family Shelter, or Agape House, houses up to ten families at a separate location in Gettysburg.  Agape House

The ARM Boutique is located at 2515 York Road and offers a unique shopping experience.  From household items to clothing or furniture, the thrift store has it all!  Thrift Store

Adams Rescue Mission also offers recycling services to any individual or business in the area.   Recycling Services
